Background & Approach

My role as Client Care Coordinator is centered on supporting you from your very first interaction with our practice. I help with scheduling, setting up and navigating the client portal, and answering any billing questions that may come up along the way. My goal is to make each step feel smooth, welcoming, and easy to navigate.

My professional background includes earning a Master of Social Work (MSW) and working as a Housing Support Coordinator, where I supported individuals experiencing homelessness, particularly mothers and children. That experience strengthened my passion for serving underserved communities and deepened my commitment to advocacy and meaningful support.

In my work, I focus on creating a respectful, supportive experience for everyone who reaches out. My approach is grounded in client-centered and strengths-based principles, with an emphasis on helping you feel comfortable, informed, and supported throughout your journey. I’m here to be a steady, helpful resource as you begin or continue your work with us.
