I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Texas State University and my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University. I bring over 10 years of experience in the mental health field, including work in case management, community outreach, crisis intervention, resource coordination, and behavioral health administration.
I have worked in both inpatient and outpatient settings with diverse populations, supporting individuals from young children to adults. These experiences have helped shape my compassionate, culturally responsive, and trauma-informed approach to counseling.
My clinical work focuses on supporting adults (18+) navigating trauma, anxiety, emotional regulation, and life transitions. I am a Certified Trauma Professional (CCTP), trained in Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and am IFS-informed (Internal Family Systems). I integrate trauma-focused care, mindfulness, and relational approaches to help clients build resilience, self-understanding, and lasting change. Services can be offered in Spanish as well and virtually across Texas.
